HOW MUCH DOES THE NEWSLETTER COST AND WHAT SERVICES DO I GET?
1. You will get a Newsletter each month or bi-monthly with all new interesting articles in it.
2. You will get a Website or Landing Page where we put in your information graphics, property info, etc. and we set-it up according to how you like. We will put in your property information and anything else you want and we will change it as you please for any issue. Just send us the changes by the deadline. You can sent your contacts the link to the Landing Page. But each Newsletter will have links to your Landing Page so they can read the full articles. The Landing Page is updated with each new newsletter edition.You sign off on both the Newseltter and Landing Page when we get it first designed the way you want it. 3. We will send your Newsletters to your contacts for you. If you send us your contacts' email addresses, we will send up to 300 newletters to your clients every month. Add or subtract your contacts email address and we will make the changes for no extra fee!
This service will not take any of your time and you don't have to do anything if you have no changes. We do everything.
All of this is a great value for only $25 a month or bi-monthly. There is a one-time setup fee of $30. We send you a first invoice for the setup fee of $30 and the first issue at $25. After that we will send you and invoice for each issue at $25. and you can pay by credit or debit card. We do not see your card information. It is private.
ABOUT US
Since 1988 Touchpoint Communications has been publishing marketing newsletters for companies in the United States and for the rest of the world since 2007. There was no internet back then so we printed and published 7 monthly newseltters on paper in-house and shipped them by UPS to our clients. Our clients were mostly real estate and mortagage companies who wanted to reach out to their exsisting and potential buyers regularly. They would buy several hundred newsletters each month and post them by regular mail to their clients. We printed and shipped nearly 85,000 newsletters for over 650 clients in those days.
Today of course, all newseltters are electronic and sent by email. Very few companies still do printed newsletters. Why would they when they don't have to pay for printing, shipping and mailing anymore?

Today we are all inundated with many emails sent to our email addresses. Our first impulse is to just delete the emails and not read them. Because of this, the nature of marketing newsletters must be different. They must be only one page and lead the readers to articles that catch their interest and make people want to click on the READ ARTICLE button to get the text of the full articles on the Landing Page we make for each subscriber.

HOW THIS WORKS
When you get a monthly, bi-monthly newsletter from us there are three things included.
1. The Newsletter
2. Landing Page (webpage) with the full text of the articles and more of your personalization and advertising. This changes with each newseltter and has the continuation of the articles listed on your newsletter.

3. We email your newsletters to up to 300 of your contacts for free. If you have more than 300 contacts there will be a small fee for over 300 contacts.
When the reader sees an article that interests him in your newsletter he/she clicks on Read Article and they are taken to your Landing Page. So actually they get a double look at your company information. Not just on the Newsletter. The Landing Page can be customized the way you want it and you can change it by sending us the information you want changed. We do not charge for the changes.
You do not have to supply us with any articles for the newsletter unless you want to. If you send us articles or photos and graphics we will include them both in the Newsletter and the Landing Page. Otherwise we will send you the newseltter with the articles we have written. We do it all for you. We will send your newseltter to your email address or we can email them for you.
We request that you commit to 6 issues. If you decide to cancel after that you may do so with a written email letting us know. We will send you an invoice.
